How do I purchase tickets?
For your convenience, and to guarantee that your time preference is available, please purchase tickets online. Tickets can also be purchased at our location, however we can not guarantee that your time preference will be available.
What does my ticket include?
Your ticket includes 1 full hour in the Selfie studio at the reserved appointment time selected.
If I am a parent accompanying my children and do not intend on taking photos, do I have to purchase a ticket?
Yes. Everyone entering the Selfie studio must have a ticket with the exception of children under the age of 3. Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are walk-ins welcome?
Walk-ins are welcome.
When do I arrive? Is there a time limit?
Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your time slot to allow for check-in.
Where do I park?
Onsite parking is available for our visitors.
Are you pet friendly?
No, pets are prohibited unless Say Cheezz Selfie Studio is having a specified event.
Can I bring my professional camera/photographer ?
Sure, professional cameras are welcomed for the best experience. Photographers are also welcomed, however they must purchase a ticket.
Is food allowed inside?
No food or drinks are allowed in the selfie studio. Food and drinks are limited to party room reservations only.
Are there discounts for big groups?
Yes, we offer discounts for groups of 10 or more people. Please contact us for details.
Can you host private events?
We gladly host private events and parties! Please contact us for reservations.
What's your cancellation policy?
All tickets are non-refundable.
